Mr. Scaduto is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience creating and building start-up companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of CMTx Biotech, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company working to commercialize a pipeline of proprietary, non-antibiotic, chemically-modified tetracycline (CMT) compositions and formulations for the host-modulatory treatment of diseases with high unmet needs.
Mr. Scaduto is also the Founder and CEO of Traverse Biosciences Inc., an emerging bioscience company commercializing a proprietary library of novel drug candidates to treat chronic inflammatory conditions affecting humans and animals.
Mr. Scaduto is also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hairpin Technologies Inc., the exclusive licensing agent of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) to expand the commercial distribution and use of small hairpin RNA (shRNA).

Mr. Keane is a serial entrepreneur and leader of corporate technology programs, experienced in product innovation, business model innovation, open innovation, IoT systems, analytics development and value creation, and marketing/sales technologies.
He has designed, built, and led corporate innovation teams at AB InBev, MetLife, and Accenture practicing Open Innovation, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
At AB InBev, Mr. Keane assisted in establishing the company’s Silicon Valley outpost, exploring the future of digital marketing and sales with startups, VC’s, and incubators. Leading technology innovation globally, his team delivered many $100M’s of measurable recognized value.
He was also a founding partner of ZX Ventures, AB-InBev’s first corporate venture capital team, tasked with developing an investment thesis, creating and managing a strategic portfolio of startups with the potential to disrupt our core business by leveraging exponential technologies, consumer insights, and new routes to market.
